National Championship Predictions

Monday April 4th, we will know who will be crowned this season national Champion. The champion will either be Kansas or North Carolina. Kansas opens as the favorite, coming in as a 1 seed and North Carolina had an up and down season but is now hitting there stride as a team a lot of people thought they would be this season.

Kansas has not quite faced a team in the tournament with the size and post presence North Carolina has. Armando Bacot has been a dominant force on the inside this whole tournament and will be a lot for David McCormick and Mitch Lightfoot to handle. Besides RJ Davis, North Carolina has size all over the court.

The one aspect going against North Carolina is there depth. They really only play their starting five and some sparing minutes from the bench. Kansas could ware them out, plus the Jayhawks have been consistent all season long.

In the end I think the Tar Heels will be able to pull off their immaculate run to the championship and knock off the Jayhawks. All in all it should be a great game and can’t wait to watch.
